Fantastic feedback!

Thank you to all the parents who responded to the Parent Questionnaire.

One of the questions included, was: "What qualities do you feel is important for your child to leave school with?"

We loved some of your responses and completely agree!  You can see some of the responses below:

  • Kindness – treat all with respect and kindness: Self-belief – to believe in yourself and know they can achieve anything they set their minds to. That it is ok to make mistakes and fail but to learn from it.
  • Manners, Kindness, empathy, good understanding of the world, education.
  • Obviously a good education but also confidence and good self-esteem. Manners and respect for others is also and must and to be kind.
  • The ability to know right from wrong, how to treat other people and make sure they know how to deal with situations.
  • Respect, Driver, Manners and get along with others.
  • Confidence! Children should be happy and confident in themselves and their abilities.
  • Intelligence, good people skills, self-discipline.
  • To leave knowing the difference between right and wrong, to put them in good stead for their future schooling. To be confident enough to speak up if something is bothering them, to have positive relationships with teachers and those of trust. To be kind to those around them.
  • Kindness to others, empathy, confidence in own ability and empathy.
  • Respect tolerance and responsibility for own behaviour. Kind, considerate with an awareness of the needs of themselves and others, empath, well rounded.
  • We would love our child to leave the school feeling confident, happy with a good work ethic. We believe you are doing a great job.
  • Respect for class mates and staff, follow rules with rejection.
  • Respect for themselves and others regardless of race/religion/sex/disability. An enquiring mind, confidence in themselves, a love of learning, consideration and empathy, imagination and taking responsibility.
  • Confidence, educated, self-awareness.
  • An understating of the importance of kindness and acceptance of others. The highest possible academic attainment for the Childs personal ability. A good moral standing without using religion to underpin it. Sense of right and wrong.
