School Council

Each academic year, a democratic selection process is held in school to elect two representatives for the School Council from each class. They are chosen by their peers, after outlining how they could make a difference to the school and their vision for the year ahead.

After the elections have taken place, the School Council meet each week to share any issues and views from their classmates, discuss events they wish to hold, and implement whole school initiatives from the Senior Leadership Team and Miss Stevens, making them an integral part of our leadership team.

The first order of business this year was to elect the School Council Officers. Those wishing to be considered presented their strengths, and what they would bring to the position they were standing for. Council members voted on each candidate’s individual merits and the positions were filled.

This is our fantastic School Council for this year!
